    Internal awareness to your conscious part of the brain to get a sense of how your body feels after releasing tension

  • Seated Arch & Flatten - 7 mins

    Episode 3

    Reminds the brain the coordination of the front and back of the body - when one side shortens the other side lengthens.

  • Seated Arch & Curl - 4 mins

    Episode 4

    Release and gain control of abdominals, chest and lower back.

    Helps to relieve kyphosis (rounded posture), forward head posture, neck pain, shoulder pain, back pain, and shallow breathing.

    A very important core muscle and a demanding movement for the Iliopsoas

    To do this you must already be comfortable with the Arch & Flatten, Back Lift and Arch & Curl.
